Design Bags participates as a sponsor in the hybrid congress that guides the MICE sector to face-to-face reactivation

Custom Design Bags sponsored the 33rd National Congress of OPC Spain that hosted almost 200 participants in Granada

A recycled rPET backpack, made with about 20 plastic bottles, an anti-Covid safety kit with FPP2 mask, mask holder, an antibacterial pen and a recycled notebook. This was the welcome pack that each participant received in the 33rd OPC Spain Congress from Custom Design Bags, official sponsor of this event.

The excitement of returning to the face-to-face set the tone for this long-awaited event and almost 200 people were able to enjoy lectures on the reinvention of the events sector, the importance of a good communication strategy and new proposals to encourage the sector.

Each attendee, at the time of registration, received a backpack made with rPet recycled material, personalized with the event logo, with the aim of offering participants a reusable and eco-sustainable welcome gift, guaranteeing the social responsibility of the event and reducing carbon emissions.

The OPC community enjoyed three days of meeting, in an environment where security was guaranteed by the organizers who did not let any details escape. Participants had to wear a mask at all times and sat in the auditorium respecting the safety distance.

All these initiatives and actions have restored hope to the sector, a sector that has been affected by the pandemic and that is gradually resuming the face-to-face activities that make up the essence of its work.

From Custom Design Bags, we want to thank in a special way the organization OPC Spain, Eurocongres, Novum Events, Fase20 Congresos y Congresos Gestac SL for having made this meeting possible in Granada, for an impeccable organization and for allowing us to be part as sponsors.

This is a great start to return to face-to-face events, because as the slogan of this meeting is well stated: “The face-to-face, essential”.
