The company CUSTOM DESIGN PRODUCTS, S.L. performs merchandising products for design and marketing activities.

We look for the excellence in our service and products with a quality management system based on the ISO 9001. We put our maximum effort into our daily work in order to increase the satisfaction of our customers for the product and service received for the compliance with quality objectives.

For this we commit to comply with:

• The requirements of our clients, giving all the necessary attention and taking into account their needs and expectations.
• Legal and regulatory requirements which are necessaries.
• Our own requirements that we try to ensure the best possible management, provide appropriate management resources, training continually our hired staff so they know the operation of the company and the importance of our quality management system, as well as organize training actions for the recycling of personnel that allows an improvement in the execution of their tasks.
• We promote internal communication between departments as the basis for good company management.
• Study and develop new points of improvement in working methods, which provide agility, better organization and control of work and reduction of internal mistakes, all with the aim of offering a better customer service.
• Establish, implement and maintain the processes necessary for the Quality Management System.
