Management and solutions to help our clients against COVID-19

Custom Design Bags has been working for more than 15 years in the design, customization and distribution of products for activities related to events, conferences, corporate actions and training courses. Given the health emergency produced by COVID-19 that has meant the postponement of any activity or event planned for these dates, our company has taken the initiative to support and help our clients with everything in our power.

Accordingly, we have put in place a series of measures to make order management easier for all our customers and thus minimize the impact that the coronavirus outbreak is having on their respective businesses. Reservation of stock of products that are decided for future congresses or events. We will store the requested material until the event date. They will be reserved up to 9 months although you can consult more time.

Neutral customizations. If you wish, without dates and with simple logos we can advance part of the personalization of the reserved products. Later, when the date of the event is certain, the date can be added.

Anticipation of pre-models. In order to advance the management, we can advance the model and the design of the chosen material, waiting for the final confirmation for its customization.

Advanced handling of items to simplify the management of materials. For example, the insertion of pens, pads or other material in folders, backpacks, etc.

Logistics planning. In order to ensure the deliveries of all our clients in a timely manner, we created a prior delivery and destination calendar.
